Sizing Notes:  This dress actually fits a wide range of sizes.  The lace has some stretch to it.  The smallest part is the bust, and that will fit up to a 40" bust.  Waist and hips don't matter because the dress flares out from the bust.  The waist can be adjusted with the back lacing.
