Stylish and comfortable, they are attached to a soft nylon elastic and meant to be worn around the back of the head, behind the ears, not as a typical party hat!

Made from a super lux chunky mermaid glitter, it’s amazing. 

Two layers of tulle ruffled for a sweet flair, soft fit! hand-stitched pom, made from a handspun yarn and glitter. 

5 inches tall, 3 inches wide. Elastic stretches for a wide fit.
